... A co-owner of dating agency You and I get Together, Brianne Tillyer, said ultimately, the best place for a single to meet someone was where they felt comfortable.

”Try to go for venues that suit your personality. I think people need to have an understanding of what suits them and go there,” she said.

But Ms Tillyer said while the location was important, the person’s personality and attitude was what really made the difference.

”It takes a pretty confident and positive person to go though that door and say. “Hey, I’m ready to let love in,” she said
